About Me
Hi my name is Marie. I am a dental hygienist and personal chef. When I'm not at work I enjoy cooking and entertaining friends. I am a decendant of a Thai mother and a French, Norweigan and English father, so I have spent a lot of time eating and learning how to prepare Thai and diverse cuisines. I am always looking for new and exciting dishes to prepare as my cookbook collection is ever increasing and evolving with my palate. I hope you find my recipes enjoyable and fun to make. The recipes are pretty straight forward and the ingredients can be purchased at most neighborhood supermarkets.
