Reviewing restaurants is just something I like to do. I like to try other people's ideas and hopefully take something away from the experience, usually it's in a doggie bag. Below is one of my latest dining experiences. I rate each restaurant on atmosphere, presentation and of course the taste.

Fuji Sushi
If you're looking for some rolls worth your money and actually want to leave a sushi restaurant feeling full, try it out. The dining room is small and they are usually always busy so try not to go during peak dinner hours or you will be waiting outside for a table. There is a bar you can dine at as well. The servers are very friendly. Ask for Tu, Beep or Yuki. They will take good care of you. The fish is very fresh. I like to start out with Edamame (soybeans that look similar to plump green beans) served with a side of salt to taste (Note: don't eat the shells) and the Spicy tuna kabachi which is cubes of raw tuna with a little spice, drizzled with sesame oil and garnished with sesame seeds. Must try rolls are the United Roll, my beaus favorite, which is eel, tamago, cream cheese and avacado inside and fresh salmon, red and white tuna on the outside drizzled with a little eel sauce. Yummy.......I get the Scarlet Roll which is spicy tuna inside, Tuna and Avacado outside. I usually like to sub salmon or yellowtail on the outside though. The Dragon Roll is a very popular roll there. It has a 1/4lb. fresh tempura battered prawn and cream cheese inside with avacado beautifully sliced on the outside with a little eel sauce. They use the prawn head and tail for a garnish which is quite a site. There are too many great rolls to name but definitely something for everyone, even the sushi novice. Finish dinner off with some green tea ice cream or the fried cheesecake and you will be determined to return for more.
